Patch Party Quilt by Leila Gardunia Block of the Month
About this program: The block of the month is for 12 months with the pattern and fabric packages being delivered every 3 months. There is a total of 4 packages sent on the schedule of June 1st, September 1st, December 1st, and March 1st.
The total cost is 4 x $40 = $160 for local pickup OR 4 x $46 =$184 with US shipping costs.
The first payment is taken when you sign up. Subsequent payments are billed on the 1st of the next Delivery Month.
Patch Party is a traditionally pieced, beginner-friendly 12-month Block of the Month quilt pattern. Quilters will learn and use basic skills like making 4-patch units, half-square triangles, quarter-square triangles, flying geese, and square-in-a-square units. It is a great way to learn new piecing techniques.
There are 11 different quilt blocks and most months you will make two copies of the block, two months you will make four blocks, and one month you will make the jumbo center block. The final month contains the setting instructions.
Finishes at 60" x 72"
In Patch Party, traditional quilt blocks are given a modern update through the use of tone-on-tone prints.
Mashe Modern has chosen bright, saturated, and modern fabrics from our store to create a one-of-a-kind quilt kit. The fabrics chosen are shown in the bundle pictures. Fabric designers include Tula Pink, Ruby Star Society, Libs Elliott, Giucy Giuce, Anna Maria Horner, and more.
Includes the pattern booklet and fabric for the top and binding: over 9 yards of fabric in modern colors and prints.
Each month will include paper copies of the block patterns and by the end of the program, you will have all the pages of the pattern.
Not included: 3 ¾ yard backing of choice and batting of your choice

Video Tutorials - Rob Appell of Making it Fun!, Michael Miller Fabrics’ YouTube channel, has posted a video tutorial for each one of the quilt blocks in Patch Party. This is a great way to get more instruction if you are a beginning quilter or a more visual learner.
Block of the Month Emails and Facebook Group- By signing up for the email list here, you will receive an email on the first Friday of each month (starting in JUNE) with a link to Rob’s video tutorial and pictures of what other quilters have been making. This is a great way to stay motivated and keep this quilt top of mind.
