How does this subscription work?
You'll be charge on the 15th of each month for your box. It will then ship within the next two weeks, before the end of the month. You'll receive an email when it is on it's way!
Will I know what is in each box?
Most people love a surprise and we try to keep the contents hidden until your box is received.
When will my box ship?
Boxes ship the last week of the month, typically around the 20th.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. Shipments cannot be combined with other items.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and going to the PayWhirl portal. Go to My Subscriptions, choose the subscription and Click Cancel.
You cannot cancel after the 15th of the month, even if you have not received your box yet. Your box will be sent to you and you will not receive further billing or boxes.
What is your return policy?
Subscription boxes are not returnable.
Can I combine by box with another order?
No, all boxes ship separately from other orders.
